Build a company of AI employees, from a CEO to a copywriter. Hand them work and it flows down your org chart. They research, write and decide within their roles, and bring you only what needs your yes.
Bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key. You approve what matters and set every spending cap.

Maya, Marketing lead
Your launch plan is ready for review. Nina drafted the post; Leo checked the competitors.
One platform, two ways to build a company.
For founders
A whole team from day one.
Hire a marketer, a researcher and a support lead in minutes. Talk to them like colleagues, and approve what matters from one inbox.
Over 100 ready-made roles to hire from
Ask in a chat; start the work with one click
Answers when you ask; documents when you need them
For builders
AI agents with an org chart.
Design companies of agents with real roles, limits and reporting lines. Every run is pinned to a version, and every step is on record.
Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, on your own keys
Role limits enforced in code, not just in prompts
Every step, tool call and cost in the activity log
How it works
From a single sentence to finished work.
1
Hire your team
Pick roles from the library or write your own. Each employee gets what it decides on its own, and what it must never do.
2
Ask for anything
Chat with an employee like a colleague. When you ask for work, it proposes a task you start with one click.
3
Work flows down
Managers hand parts to their reports. Questions go up the chain, and reach you only when they should.
4
Get the results
Answers land in the conversation. Documents are saved when you asked for one, filed in your folders.
Org chart · Acme Coffee Co.: an example company. Ava, the CEO, has two reports: Maya, the marketing lead, and Leo, a researcher. Nina, a copywriter, reports to Maya and is working.

Conversation with Maya · Launch: an example. You ask Maya to get the launch post ready for Friday. She'll draft it from the product brief and pricing notes, with Nina writing the first version, and proposes a task, "Draft the launch post", saved as a new document in Marketing, Blog, with a $2.00 spending cap, which you can start, edit or dismiss.
Can you get our launch post ready for Friday?
Happy to. I'll draft it from the product brief and our pricing notes, and have Nina write the first version.

Why WorkSimplicity
They do the work. You stay in charge.
One inbox for your yes
Hires, questions and spending pauses wait for you in one place, and in the conversation they came from.
Never beyond their role
Each employee has an “Always brings to you” list. Anything on it comes straight to you, and a role check reviews work before it counts.
Spending caps
A monthly cap per company and a cap per task. Work pauses and asks before it goes over.
Your keys, your models
Choose an Anthropic, OpenAI or Google model per employee. Each provider bills you directly.
Every step on record
See what each employee did, which tools it used and what it cost, step by step.
Facts from your documents
Your documents are the official record. Anything else, employees attribute to whoever said it.
Join the private beta.
We're inviting a small group of founders and builders to shape WorkSimplicity before it launches. You'll need a model key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google; they bill you directly for what your employees use.
Questions
What is an AI employee?
An AI model with a role, instructions, a manager and clear limits. It works on what you or its manager give it, hands parts to its own reports, and asks for help when it should.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You hire, chat and approve in plain words. Builders can open the detail in place: every setting, version and step.
Which AI models can I use?
Models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, with your own key for each provider. You choose the model for each employee.
Is my data kept separate?
Yes. Each of your companies is fully separate, every record belongs to one account and the database enforces it, and your keys are stored encrypted.
